Anchor Packaging offers distributors a broad line of quality food packaging products that, when combined for shipment, offer an extremely efficient and economical load for shipment. This offers our distributors unique "One Stop Shopping" capability. Anchor Packaging's wide range of products include flexible PVC films, rigid bakery and deli/microwaveable containers, dual-ovenable containers and case ready packaging.

Company History:

Anchor Packaging began operation in 1963 as a converter of plastic film. In 1978, Anchor expanded its operations to include thermoforming, sheet extrusion, machine tooling and fabrication and blown film.

In 1985 a new manufacturing facility was constructed in northeast Arkansas. Due to increased production demands, it has been expanded a number of times and now covers 265,000 sq. ft. A second 185,000 sq. ft. facility was completed in 1990.

Over the years, several acquisitions, including Innovative Plastics, the MicroLite division of Amoco, and the BonFaire division of Placon Corporation have allowed Anchor to expand product offerings. Our acquisition of Borden Chemical's film operation in Argentina has allowed Anchor to broaden it's exposure in South America.

Anchor Packaging, with headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, has become a major integrated producer of plastic packaging for the foodservice retail and food processor industries both nationally and globally.

Institutional films, including cling, perforated and shrink; supermarket films for meat, produce, cheese, pizza; bakery, deli and microwaveable packaging; and modified atmosphere packaging. All this from one manufacturer. That's the Anchor Advantage.

Anchor Packaging, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, hosts operations in Arkansas, Argentina, London and Australia, as well as representatives in 18 countries throughout the world. Domestically Anchor utilizes a broad-based sales organization comprised of direct sales personnel and dedicated manufacturers' representatives to sell its products through national and local distributors.
